Work has been busy, my mom is in town, and I spent some time with a new friend that I’m enjoying getting to know.

This weekend I’m going to hang out with mom, maybe take her to dinner at Froggy’s tonight with Jay and Abby and breakfast at Pat’s tomorrow. I will definitely be taking advantage of the cold, rainy weather and keep the fire going in the fireplace all weekend long and make a big pot of soup tomorrow night. Maybe a BBQ on Sunday if the sun comes out?
